Frequently Asked Questions
How can I update or erase Memories shared with the Persona?
Use the dedicated Memories tab within the My Kolo account section to view, confirm, add, edit, or delete saved Memories at any time. You maintain full control over the information and memories shared with your Persona.
If I switch between Personas, will my Memories carry over?
Yes. Your memories are saved at the account level and are designed to enhance your experience across all Personas or when using Kolo. This ensures you receive the best customized advice and support, regardless of the Persona you select.
Can I switch between Personas within the same active search?
Yes, you are free to switch back and forth between Personas as often as you like during an active session. This allows you to combine the expertise of different Personas in one continuous conversation.
How are memories created and used by the Persona?
Memories are created when you manually add details, or when you explicitly confirm a detail via the memory indicators that pop up during your chat. The Persona blends these stored Memories with your current conversation history to continuously adapt, refine its tone, and deliver highly personalized guidance that anticipates your specific needs.
Should I use Persona advice in place of professional guidance?
No. Personas can offer practical suggestions and insights. They are not a substitute for licensed professionals such as doctors, therapists, lawyers, or financial advisors. For any serious or complex matters, always consult a professional.
